Q&A with Quierah

“What are some of the most important skills or qualities someone should have to succeed in your role?”

Entering the paralegal field without prior experience, Quierah found that being observant, open-minded, coachable, and resourceful were key to her success and growth in this role

“What’s your favorite local spot in Tallahassee, and why do you love it?”

Although Quierah proudly considers herself a “foodie,” she says that her favorite place in the city is her own home. “The first place that comes to mind is my house. It’s the only place where I can slow down. My home is where my peace is, where my family is, and where relaxation is.” Home is where the heart is, so it’s no competition in Quierah’s mind when asked why.

“What’s one thing about you that people might be surprised to learn?”

Quierah describes herself as an introvert, noting that many friends and family would be surprised to learn of her shyness.
