Meagan Green is the litigation paralegal at Akbar Thomas Law Firm, where she handles pre-suit cases, legal filings, and court procedures while building strong client relationships. As a mother of two, she appreciates the firm’s commitment to work-life balance, allowing her to excel in both her career and family life. Inspired by her husband’s perseverance, she embraces resilience in all she does. Outside of work, Meagan co-owns Cookie Mamas, a specialty cookie business, and enjoys spending time with friends, listening to music, and exploring Tallahassee. She finds joy in continuously learning and growing as an individual and strives to be a strong role model for her children. Meagan believes in the value of hard work, living by the motto, “You get what you put in.”

Meagan’s most memorable experience was her colleagues surprising her with a belated birthday celebration at Crafty Crab, her favorite restaurant. Since her birthday falls on Christmas Eve, she was deeply touched by the unexpected gesture which made her feel truly valued and appreciated.
Meagan surprises many with her creative side as a co-owner of Cookie Mamas, a specialty cookie decorating business she started with her sister-in-law, Wren Clark, during COVID. Today, they create custom royal icing and shortbread cookies for events and even host cookie decorating classes at Brown’s Kitchen in Tallahassee. Music choice depends on her mood, ranging from country and old-school rap to R&B favorites like Usher and Lil Wayne, as well as Broadway hits like Wicked and The Greatest Showman.
