Cha’Layna Williams is the Office Manager at Akbar Thomas Law Firm, where she ensures smooth operations and fosters a positive work environment. She values community, leadership, and the importance of uplifting others, principles she also strives to instill in her children. She encourages them to stand up for others, embrace their individuality, and create a positive impact on the world around them. In her spare time, Cha’Layna enjoys roller skating, brunch at Table 23, and quality time with her family. A firm believer in personal growth and resilience, she draws inspiration from her best friend, Attorney Thomas, whose determination motivates her to pursue her own ambitions. Cha’Layna is actively working toward earning her master’s degree, becoming a certified mediator, and completing her real estate licensing to expand her skills to better help her clients.

For Cha’Layna, the most rewarding aspect of her role is hearing praise about the firm when she interacts with people outside of work. Whether its networking or speaking with others, Cha’Layna is proud of how well the firm is respected and recognized within the community. She finds fulfillment knowing that their hard work and dedication make a positive impact, and that clients feel comfortable and supported.
Cha’Layna has Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter album on repeat. Her favorite song from the album is “Tyrant” featuring Dolly Parton, which she loves for its powerful sound and unique blend of styles.
Despite not being able to sing, Cha’Layna dreams of performing on Broadway in a musical. Her love for theater was reinforced when she took her daughter to New York for her 14th birthday to see Hamilton, where she was ready to jump on stage and audition alongside her daughter!
